We ask for a 3-month minimum to start, which gives us time to implement strategy, test campaigns, and show meaningful results. After that, you can continue month-to-month with no lock-in. We believe the work speaks for itself.
No, there are no mandatory ad spend minimums. That said, we recommend a minimum of $2,500—$5,000 per month in ad spend for optimal campaign performance. Smaller budgets can still work, but results may be more limited. We're happy to discuss what makes sense for your goals and budget.
In most cases, we can get you up and running within 1—2 weeks of signing an agreement. This includes discovery calls, strategy development, account setup, and asset organization. If you have urgent campaigns, we can expedite parts of the process.
We don't offer refunds, but we also don't lock you into long-term contracts. After the initial 3-month period, you can pause or cancel with 30 days' notice. If you're unhappy, we want to work with you to improve results — not take your money and run.
